Our generation have been a big controversy when voices talk about physical platform in the society—embraced with high technology making the humankind lazy.

We should not be blinded by the progress of the economy, exchanging our extreme active existence in our world to the auto-programmed lives like the computers were facing all night and day—we should control the technologies not the other way around.

On the other hand, studies shows that sports have been a great warrior competing the dark side of the technology development in every individuals in the societies and this should not be set aside in the corner of the room.

Statistics have shown that low physical program attachment have contributed the ballooning rates of obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and other deceases here in our country due to loss fitness engagement and this is not a good update in the public.

 

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: playing sports contribute not only superior physical benefits but also in academic success, character values, and healthy socializing.

Children who play sports are less likely to use drugs and smoke and females athletes are also be less possible to become pregnant in high school, based also to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Outdoor activities contributed a strong concrete path in both children and adult’s lives leading the way for a physically fit future for everyone, thus, this have been approved that sports have a great help to the mass getting a good condition in body and mind mutually .

Sports have been battling the changes of time for centuries, fighting not to be forgotten and revealing it’s true weight in our everyday lives and society.

Being good at sports is a strong social asset, coping up the daily challenges and trials easily and stress-free concluding that positive opportunities are waiting on the other side of the screen.
